Shandong Lonct Enzymes Co., Ltd. was formerly known as Shandong Longda Bio-products Co., Ltd., which was founded in 1976. The company covers an area of 520 Mu and has more than 1,000 employees. It has Changchun Branch, Chengdu Branch and Guangzhou Branch, as well as Beijing R&D Center, Tianjin R&D Center and Jinan R&D Center.
Lonct is the vice-chairman unit of China Bio-fermentation Industry Association and the vice-chairman unit of China Enzyme Preparation Branch. It is a national high-tech enterprise, a national individual champion demonstration enterprise, a leading enterprise in scientific and technological innovation in Shandong Province, and a leading enterprise in the "Top Ten" industrial clusters in Shandong Province. Application & Product
Over the past forty-eight years, Lonct has always focused on the R&D and production of enzyme preparations, and has established global optimization technologies for strain platforms, fermentation control, clean production, and high-efficiency preparations. It has a complete production and management system for liquid fermentation, solid fermentation, plant enzyme extraction, enzyme refining and preparation. It has formed a production scale of 100,000 tons and a product system of more than 60 kinds of single enzyme products and more than 300 kinds of formulated enzymes.
According to the quality control standards of food grade, feed grade and industrial grade, different formulations such as liquid, powder, granules are produced for food, brewing, fermented products, feed, textile, leather, paper making, detergent, energy, environment , pharmaceutical reagents and other industry partners to provide high-quality product solutions and professional technical services.
Scientific Research
Lonct currently has research and development platforms such as the National Enterprise Technology Center, National and Local Co-constructed Engineering Research Center, Shandong Academician Workstation, Postdoctoral Research Workstation, Shandong Enzyme Engineering Technology Research Center, and Shandong Enzyme Key Laboratory.
Lonct's R&D center has 93 full-time R&D personnel, including 5 Doctors and 23 Masters. The company has successively undertaken 18 scientific research projects above the provincial level, including the National 863 Program, the Torch Program, the National High-tech Industrialization Project, the Key Industry Revitalization Project, and the Provincial Science and Technology Major Project. Participated in the formulation of 14 national and industry standards for enzyme preparations. Authorized more than 80 national invention patents and 7 utility model patents.
The company continues to strengthen scientific research cooperation, and has established long-term cooperative relations with 16 domestic well-known colleges and universities and scientific research institutions. The application of key technologies was awarded the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award.
